Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation by Customer:
Customers may cancel their order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support team. If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any payment already made will be refunded to the original mode of payment within the applicable processing time.

Cancellation by Ruhi Farms:
Ruhi Farms reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded. Ruhi Farms may also restrict or deny future access to customers involved in fraudulent activities.

Return & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products such as dry fruits, spices, and Himalayan specialty items, Ruhi Farms follows a limited return policy.

  • Products can be returned only at the time of delivery if:
    • The product is damaged
    • The product is expired
    • The wrong product has been delivered
    • There is a clear quality or freshness issue
  • Customers must inform the delivery personnel immediately and return the product in its original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted after delivery is completed, except in cases approved by Ruhi Farms after verification.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days via digital payment mode (original payment method).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products returned due to personal preference or taste
  • Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Orders placed under special discounts or offers (unless damaged or defective)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed only after verification of the returned product.
  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Ruhi Farms.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
